They realized that they needed the basement cleaned up as soon as possible to avoid any further damage to their basement. They started moving items around and knew they could not handle this on their own. They called SERVPRO and gave them all their information regarding the water loss.Shortly after the customer called SERVPRO, the technicians loaded up the equipment and other items that they would need to assist the customer with the clean up and dry out to make the situation better for the customer. This customer had a sump pump failure in their partially finished basement. The rec room had a carpet and drywall walls that got very wet from the loss. They were very distraught and needed assistance cleaning up the mess that occurred. Calling their insurance company to see if they had coverage. Finding out they did, they contacted SERVPRO to help them in their time of need. SERVPRO came to the home to assess the damages, do an estimate, and take photos of the loss areas. The estimator called the crew to load the van with all of the necessary drying equipment as well as the other items that would be needed to get the clean up done and start the dryout. SERVPRO crew arrived onsite, extracted the carpet and set up the equipment. The customer was so happy that they had their rec room dried out.

This store experienced a water loss that came from the above apartment. The ceiling tiles all fell and all the cases with merchandise and the floor were filled with all the debris material that fell. This was a customer that had a roof leak in their building. They contacted SERVPRO to come and assess the damages and the work that would need to be done. After the assessment was completed the crews worked several hours on several rooms to remove all of the standing water. They also removed baseboards to allow the air flow to get right at the drywall where it was affected. Dry out was a success and the customer was very happy to go back to their normal daily life

In the winter there are more chances for a company or a residential home to experience a pipe break due to the pipe freezing and the weather gets warm fast and therefore breaks the pipe and water will fill areas of the home or building. Could be an inch or could be several inches. SERVPRO extracted the water in all the rooms affected quickly and set up their drying equipment and got the customer set on their way for the dry out process. Monitoring all materials after set up and the days to follow to make sure all the materials dry out properly.

This building experienced a radiator that let a lot of water go all over the rooms. SERPVRO was called and on site as soon as they were finished loading up their vans with all of the equipment and extractors needed. They assisted the customer with getting the water extracted and set up of equipment to start the dry out.

This company had a pipe freeze in January and this affected a lot of areas of the building. SERVPRO was called and headed out to the loss site to get the work started in all areas. The pipe break caused ceiling tiles to fall and expand with water. SERVPRO removed the affected areas of the ceiling and the walls. They set up EQ to assist the dry out process.

This photo was a post photo from a sewage back up. Customer called SERVPRO to assist them with the clean up in their basement. SERVPRO arrived onsite and cleaned up the sewage from the floor and then removed the drywall that was affected. The onsite crew also removed the insulation that was affected. Crew then set up a negative air scrubber to remove the sewage odor.

This carpet was affected by a fire that happened in this customers home in Attica. SERPVRO did all of the cleaning up after the fire and the last thing that was done was the carpet cleaning. This carpet looks just like the fire never occurred in the home. The customer was able to get their belongings in because the quickness of the crew getting their cleaning done to make the customer happy.
